Agnes M. LeFave, age 102 of Wakefield died April 28 in Woburn, MA. She was born on April 20, 1917 and was the daughter of the late George and Ann S. (Doucette) LeBlance. She had been a lifelong Wakefield resident and was a member of Saint Joseph Church. She enjoyed painting, sewing, gardening and cooking
Agnes was devoted to her family and was the wife of the late Joseph A. LeFave. She was the loving mother of Joseph G. LeFave of Medford and his fiancé Mary Dorman and Agnes LeFave and Elizabeth Dougwillo and her husband John all of Wakefield. She was the sister of the late Lillian Blatz, Catherine Halladay, Virginia Cryan and Everett, Richard, Leonard and Willard LeBlanc. She is also survived by her five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Her Funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home 19 Yale Ave. Wakefield on Friday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint Joseph Church 173 Albion St. Wakefield at 10:00. Interment will be at Saint Patrick Cemetery in Stoneham. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 4-7pm. Contributions in Agnes's name may be made to Mystic Valley Elder Services, 300 Commercial Street #19 Malden, MA 02148.
