Alberta Confalone

Alberta E . Confalone , 74, of Wakefield formerly of Stoneham, died Sunday, July 26.

Born in Portland, Maine on October 26, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Joseph R. and Matilda E . (Hartford) Hamilton. Mrs. Confalone was raised in Stoneham. She has worked for the former Transitron Electronics Corporation of Wakefield.

Mrs. Confalone was the wife of Alfred S. Confalone . In addition to her husband she is survived by her son Alfred C. Confalone and his wife Amy of Shrewsbury, as well as her three grandchildren, Charles, Samuel and Katherine. Mrs. Confalone was predeceased by her daughter Carla Confalone , and her siblings James Hamilton, Eleanor White and Roberta Comeau.

Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield, Thursday at 9am followed by a funeral mass at St. Florence Church, 47 Butler Ave at 10 o'clock. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4 – 8pm. Interment will be at Forest Glade Wakefield.
