Alderio Berardinangelo

Alderio F . Berardinangelo , 73, a longtime resident of Wakefield died at his home on Monday March 23. Born in Succiano, Italy on January 14, 1936, he was the son of the late Giabattista and Giovanna (Gasbaro) Berardinangelo .

Mr. Berardinangelo worked as an Electrolysis Nickel Plater for Hopwood & Globe Limited in Malden. He loved the New England Patriots, but he loved his grandchildren more.

Al is survived by his wife of 54 years, Evelyn (Doucette) Berardinangelo , 6 children; Robin Falabella and her husband Peter of Ipswich, Diane Belanger and her husband Kevin of Lowell, Lisa Babcock and her husband Robert of Newton, NH, Michael Berardinangelo and his wife Jennifer Kilts of Manchester, NH, Kenneth Berardinangelo and his wife Courtney of Danville, NH and Ann Marie Calvagna and her husband Daniel of Hudson, NH., 10 grandchildren; Paul, Tess, Jessie, Dean, Caroline, Sidney, Jamie, Alison, Dane, and Jacob. He is also survived by 3 sisters; Anna Welsh of Wakefield, Valia Perry of Wilmington and Bruna Welch of Peabody.

The funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Friday at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church at 10 o'clock. Relatives and friends may call at the Funeral Home on Thursday 4-8 PM.
