Alice Fiore

Fiore , Alice M . (Pottie) age 76, from Wakefield, formerly of South Boston, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on November 27, 2022.

Alice was predeceased by her parents, Alice M . (Simons) Pottie and Arthur J. Pottie, her sisters Edna Hunter, June Welden and brothers Joseph "Sonny" Krocker and Arthur J. Pottie Jr.

Alice was the beloved and cherished mother of Michelle M . ( Fiore ) Powers and Alisa A. Fiore-Butts, the adored "Nunna" to her grandsons, Robert J. Powers III and Cameron M . Powers and the Great Grandmother to her much loved "Honey Bun," Camryn Jaide Powers.

Alice is also survived by her former husband, Nicholas J Fiore , many nieces, nephews and adoring friends such as her new "pal", Christina Sollitto who she loved.

Alice was one of a kind, marching to the beat of her own drum leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met. Her favorite time was spent in the company of her family, at her former lake house in N.H., and cuddling her dog, Bailey. A true night owl she loved having a good time, a "foodie" who enjoyed exploring and traveling to new restaurants especially for her favorite, oysters accompanied by a martini…"Just a little dirty."

She will truly be missed but never forgotten.

Visitation for relatives and friends at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Friday from 4-7pm. Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield on Saturday at 10am followed by an interment at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.
