, 86, of Wakefield, died Friday March 26 at the Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH.
Born in Lynn on August 11, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Joseph E. and Katherine (O'Donnell)

.
Mrs.
Berry
was raised in both Lynn and in Panama, by the Canal zone. She was a graduate of Balboa High School, class of 1941 and subsequently the Lynn Hospital School of Nursing. Mrs.
Berry
also held a Baccalaureate degree from Boston College School of Nursing.
Alice
worked in employee health at American Mutual Company of Wakefield, MA. That is where she met David, her beloved husband of 40 years. In later years, she worked for the Red Cross and was frequently making friends out in the community at various blood drives.
Alice
was an avid golfer and member of the Thomson Country Club and also the Sunbird Golf Club of AZ. She could frequently be found swimming at the YMCA and out walking with David in Wakefield. They started each day attending mass at St. Joseph's, often followed by a bite to eat at Brothers. They were also winter residents of Chandler, Arizona and devoted communicants of St. Timothy's Parish.
Alice
was a model of a loving, caring, compassionate person. She was the best friend anyone could have. She will be remembered best as the perfect aunt. She and David made each niece and nephew feel like they were the favorite and most important person in the world. They attended each and every baptism, graduation and confirmation with endless enthusiasm. She taught us to celebrate life and one another and always to love the Lord.
