Alma Caton

Alma N . Caton , age 86 of Wakefield died Sunday June 15 in Reading after a long period of failing health.

Born in Medford on April 6, 1928 she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Mary (Mosher) Craig.

Mrs. Caton was raised in Medford and was a graduate of Medford High School. She later lived in Newbern, NC before making Wakefield her home in 1969.

Mrs. Caton was the beloved wife of the late the Edwin C. Caton . She was the loving mother of Edward & Helen Nobles of CT, Dallas & Summer Nobles of FL, Mary & Gene Sullivan of Wakefield Theresa & Ken Sances of FL & the late Lewis Caton . Sister of George Craig of NY, Doris R. Cole of Boxford and the late Francis, Joseph, Walter,Carl, Frederick & David Craig, Mary McKay, Anna Brinkley & Eleanor Brown. Grandmother of Nicole Ginchereau, Terry Lynn Lee, Edward Nobles, Thomas Sullivan, Michael, Kara & Matthew Sances & Michael Burke. Great grandmother of Lauren & Austin Lee, Devin Ginchereau, Emily, Sydney and Ryan Nobles.

Her funeral service will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home 19 Yale Ave. Wakefield on Wednesday at 11:00. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home Tuesday 4-8pm. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield
