Ann L."Nancy" Ghirardelli of Stoneham died January 21 in Winchester at age 83. She was born in Boston on January 7, 1932 and was the daughter of the late Helen Conway. Mrs. Ghirardelli was raised in Charlestown and was a graduate of Charlestown High School. She had been a Stoneham resident since 1997 and was a devoted member of St. Patrick Church. She was retired from the Sears Department Store in Burlington after many years of service. Mrs. Ghirardelli was proud of her Irish heritage and was a member of the Billerica Irish American Club.
Mrs. Ghirardelli was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Ghirardelli . She was the loving mother of the late Ann Kelly and her late husband William. She is survived by her two devoted granddaughters, Kerri Antonuccio and her husband Peter of No. Reading and Colleen Kelly of Woburn and also her two great grandchildren Olivia and Gabrielle.
Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main St., Stoneham on Monday, January 26th from 4-8pm. Her funeral will be held from the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home on Thursday January 29th at 8am followed by a funeral mass in St. Patrick Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 9:00. Interment will be at Blue Hills Cemetery in Braintree.
