Hoffman
, 51, of Lynnfield formerly of Reading died on Friday, June 24 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers after a short and courageous battle with ovarian cancer.
Born in Malden on May 17, 1960, she was the daughter of Eunice (Gagnon) Delaney of Reading and the late John Delaney.
Mrs.
Hoffman
was a graduate of Reading High School, Class of 1978 and Merrimac College in Andover. She had worked as a Patient Services Manager at Physiotherapy Associates in Peabody.
AnnMarie was an amazing woman whose smile could light up a room. She lived an active life and loved being outside, especially Cape Cod. She enjoyed running, hiking, clamming on the Cape, and skiing. She was an avid reader who found peace and joy sitting in her back yard surrounded by plants and flowers. She had a passion for food and took great pleasure in preparing dinner parties for friends and family. Her love for her family was endless and she cherished every moment of every day they were together. She will be profoundly missed by all who knew and loved her.

, Jr., her two daughters; Emily and Katie
Hoffman
of Lynnfield, her three brothers; Stephen Delaney of Reading, John Delaney of Bedford, New Hampshire and Mark Delaney and his wife Donna of Wakefield. She was the daughter-in-law of William and Barbara
Hoffman
of Lynnfield and the sister-in-law of Dianne Deschenes and her husband Christopher of Lynnfield. Mrs.
Hoffman
is also survived by two aunts and many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield on Wednesday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St, Wakefield at 10 o'clock. Visitation for relatives and friends at the Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m.
