Ann Saletnik

Ann M . (Sroka) Saletnik , 92, of Wakefield died Tuesday, June 14 at her home.

Born in Ware on January 19, 1919 she was the daughter of the late John and Julia Sroka.

Mrs. Saletnik was a graduate of Webster High School and had been a Wakefield resident since 1967. She had been a former manager for Manufacturers for Electronics of Salem, NH. She enjoyed rug making, sewing, knitting, and making and designing stain glass windows.

Mrs. Saletnik was the wife of the late Edward F. Saletnik . She was the mother of Edward J. and his wife Barbara of Wakefield, Julianne Theroux and her husband Wayne of Windsor, CT. Grandmother of Elizabeth Hartigan, Cynthia and Jaclyn Saletnik and Nikita Theroux. Great-grandmother of Abby Hartigan and Rihanna and Taylor Theroux. Sister of Wanda Poblocki of Webster and Edward Sroka of FL.

Relatives and friends may call at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave. Wakefield on Saturday at 9 A.M. to be followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St. at 10 o'clock. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery.
