Ann P. White, 84, a long time Stoneham resident died on Friday, December 27th at the Sunrise of Lynnfield.
Born in Somerville on May 3, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Mary (Walsh) O'Connor.
Mrs. White was a graduate of St. Clement High School in Somerville, Class of 1954. She was a member of St. Patrick Church and the St. Patrick Church Mother's Club. Mrs. White was a former teacher at South Elementary School and Stoneham Middle School. She was the former Cheerleading Coach at Stoneham High School and was active in many Stoneham Youth Sports.
She was the wife of the late Paul F. White. Mrs. White is survived by her three sons; Paul F. White, Jr. and his wife Karin of Lynnfield, Steven P. White and his wife Kathleen of Stoneham, Patrick F. White and his fiancée Beverly of Gloucester, her daughter Kristen A. Kennedy of Stoneham, her brother Joseph O'Connor and his wife Roberta of Winchester and her sister Evelyn P. Barry of Stoneham. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. White was predeceased by her son Brian M. White, her brother Maurice J. O'Connor and her four sisters; Margaret A. O'Connor, Eleanor M. Conley, Mary C. Locke and her husband Mike and Theresa N. O'Connor.
Her Funeral will be held from the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main St., Stoneham on Friday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham at 10am. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Visitation for family and friends at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 4-8pm.
