Arthur Pyburn

Arthur Pyburn, 82 a life long Lynnfield resident died Sunday April 21 in Danvers. Born in Lynnfield on September 28, 1930 the son of the late Thomas & Sarah Pyburn. Self employed through out his career , Mr. Pyburn was the founder of Arthur Pyburn & Sons, Inc. of Lynnfield. He was educated in Lynnfield and served with the U.S. Army MP's during the Korean Conflict. He was a sporting enthusiast and was a founding member and coach of the Lynnfield Youth Hockey Association.

Mr. Pyburn is survived by his wife of 60 years Elaine J. (Hammer) Pyburn. His two sons, Glen A. Pyburn & his wife Nicola of Rowley and Gregory S. Pyburn and his wife Noelle of Wells, ME. He was the grandfather of Luke, Sean, Brian, Kathleen, Sebastian and Casey. He was predeceased by his 7 siblings.

His funeral service will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home 19 Yale Ave. Wakefield Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held prior to the service beginning at 5:00 pm. Interment will be at Willow Cemetery in Lynnfield.
