Barbara Copeland

Barbara I . Copeland , 92, a lifelong resident of Wakefield, died on Friday, March 23 at her residence.

Born in Melrose on March 4, 1920 she was the daughter of the late Ralph H. and Rose L. (Tenney) Copeland .

Barbara was a graduate of Wakefield high School, Class of 1937 and Pierce Secretarial School of Boston. She had worked as a secretary for Aerodyne Research in Billerica and had volunteered at Boston Regional Medical Center in Stoneham.

Mrs. Copeland was predeceased by her two sisters; Edith and Bettina Copeland .

Funeral services will be private.
