Barbara Harring

Barbara L . Harring , 79, of North Andover and a longtime resident of Wakefield died Monday, July 12 in Wilmington.

Born May 11, 1931 in Somerville she was the daughter of the late John O. and Florida (Couture) Brown.

Mrs. Harring was a graduate of Somerville High School. She worked as a healthcare provider at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital and was a member of the Church Wheel at the Greenwood Union Church.

Mrs. Harring was the wife of the late Winsor E. Harring . She was the mother of Susan M. Hayes and her husband Michael of Wakefield, David B. Harring and his wife Donna of Fredericksburg, VA, Richard E. Harring and his wife Janet of Ossippee, NH and the late Alan L . and Curtis Harring . She was the sister of Helen Mariano of Arlington and Beverly Roach of Billerica. Grandmother of David, Rachael, Jessica, Renee, Mark and Nicole and great grandmother of Shannon and Shaun.

A memorial service will be held at the Trinity Evangelical Church, 105 Haverhill St, No. Reading on Friday July 16 at 11am.Relatives and friends asre invited to attend. Private interment will be at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody. Arrangements are in the care of the McDonald Funeral Wakefield.
