Bruno Cardillo

Bruno Cardillo, 65, of Wakefield, died Wednesday, April 30 at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Born in Italy on February 17, 1949 he was the son of the late Abele and Pasqualina (Furione) Cardillo.

Bruno was raised in Wakefield and was a graduate of Wakefield High School. He had also served in the United States Air Force. Bruno has worked in the P.C. Cardillo Landscaping Corporation of Wakefield.

Bruno was the father of Rachel J. Cardillo of Maine. He was the brother of Philip Cardillo and Gerry Cardillo, both of Wakefield, Maria "Mary" Lessa of Topsfield, and the late Vincent and John Cardillo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Tuesday at 10:30am followed by a funeral mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield at 11:30. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 4-8pm. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery, Wakefield.
