Carolyn Sutliff

Carolyn G. Sutliff, 90, of Lynnfield died on Monday, September 28 at the NSMC-Union Hospital in Lynn.

Born in Elyria, OH on November 20, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Lee S. and Clara (Broske) Guthrie.

Mrs. Sutliff was raised in Ohio and was a longtime resident of Lynnfield. She was a member of The Centre Congregational Church in Lynnfield and also a member of the Thomson Country Club in North Reading.

Mrs. Sutliff was the wife of the late Obert F. Sutliff. She was the mother of Thomas O. Sutliff and his wife Sarah of Edina, MN, Emily L. Sutliff and her husband Stanley Ragalevsky of Topsfield and Linda L. Sutliff of Salem. She was the sister of the late Robert Guthrie. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Joshua, Elizabeth and Rachel Sutliff and Stephen and Amanda Ragalevsky.

A funeral service will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Saturday at 5pm. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home prior to the service from 4-5pm.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to NSMC- Union Hospital, Healing Garden, 500 Lynnfield St., Lynn, MA 01904.
