Catherine C . LeClair, 90, of Stoneham died Friday, November 13 at the Winchester Nursing Center. Born in Boston on October 6, 1919 she was the daughter of the late Henry and Catherine (Burns) Blackwell. Mrs. LeClair had been a resident of Stoneham since 1959. She was a graduate of Milton High School. Mrs. LeClair had retired from Addison Wesley in Reading as a Clerical Worker and had also worked at Boston University School of Medicine. She was an active member at St. Patrick's Parish and had volunteered in St. Patrick's rectory. Mrs. LeClair was the wife of the late George A. LeClair. She was predeceased by her three brothers Harry Blackwell, Frederick Blackwell and Francis Blackwell. Mrs. LeClair is survived by several nieces and nephews. Her funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Patrick's Church 71 Central St, Stoneham on Wednesday at 10am. Relatives and friends may call the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main St, Stoneham prior to the mass starting at 9am. Interment will be at Forest Glen Cemetery in Reading. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Winchester Nursing Center, 223 Swanton St, Winchester, MA 01890.
