Catherine Grady

Catherine T. Grady (O'Connor), of Stoneham, died on Tuesday, January 5 at the Bethany Health Care Center in Framingham.

Born in Somerville on January 17, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Thomas J. and Bridgett Fitzgerald O'Connor.

Mrs. Grady was a graduate of Somerville High School, class of 1931. She had been a Stoneham resident since 1960 and was a member of St. Patrick parish. She recently moved to Natick in 2005.

Mrs. Grady was the wife of the late John W. Grady. She was the mother of Annmarie Surette and her husband David of Natick, Thomas P. Grady and his wife Sandra of Stoneham and the late John P. Grady. Sister of Sr. Doroma O'Connor. He also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Her funeral will be held from the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main St., Stoneham on Friday at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham at 10 o'clock. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from 4 to 7 p.m. Interment will be at St. Patrick Cemetery in Stoneham.
