Charles Murphy

Charles E . Murphy of Stoneham died suddenly October 8 at age 75. Born in Taunton on March 1, 1935 he was the son of the late Thomas and Mary E . (McKenna) Murphy . Mr. Murphy was a life long Stoneham resident. He graduated from Stoneham High School, Class of 1955. He was retired from the Custodial Department of the Stoneham Public Schools. He was a member of Saint Patrick Parish and a Life Member of the Wakefield Lodge of Elks.

Mr. Murphy is survived by his brother Thomas Murphy of Stoneham and his sister Mary O'Neill of MD. He was also the brother of the late Agnes Sullivan, Ann Maney, Eileen Nitz and James Murphy . He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held at Saint Francis Cemetery of Taunton on October 23 at 10:00 am. Arrangements are in the care of the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home .
