Christine Driscoll

Christine M . Driscoll , age 64, of Venice, FL formerly of Wakefield, died Tuesday, October 22 in Venice, FL.

Born in Boston on May 26, 1955 she was the daughter of the late Jeremiah and Marguerite (Killian) Leary; and was the beloved wife of Robert J. Driscoll , with whom she shared 27 years of marriage. She also leaves behind many cousins and extended family members.

Christine was raised in Wakefield and was a graduate of Nazareth Academy before receiving her Bachelor's degree in sociology from Regis College. She had worked at Boston Medical Center as a hospital administrator until her retirement in 2015 after 37 years of service. She and her husband permanently retired to Florida at that time. She had been a parishioner at St. Florence Church in Wakefield and was a dog lover.

FUNERAL SERVICES HAVE BEEN POSTPONED.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Christine's name to the charity of one's choice.
