Christopher Sardella

Christopher John Sardella , 2, of Wakefield died by accident on Monday, April 26.

Born in Melrose on March 27, 2008 he was the beloved son of Justin L. Sardella and Laura A. Galante.

Our little Christopher was a ray of sunshine who spread enough joy for 100 years. Our perfect little Angel who was taken too soon will live forever in our hearts.

In addition to his parents Christopher is survived by his loving grandparents, Louis R. Jr. and Lynne Sardella and Ann (Zitzow) Galante all of Wakefield and the late John Galante, his great grandparents, Louis R. Sr. and Marie Sardella of Revere, Stella Zitzow and Janet Galante both of Reading and the late Dorothy Jean Stockwell Young, his godparents, Angela King and her fiancée Adam Shaw of CA and Mark Etienne of Wakefield, his aunts and uncle, Nicole and Mike Castiglione of TX, Samantha Sardella-Piper of ME, Meghan Sardella of North Andover and Anthony Scarpa of Wakefield and his cousins, Anthony, Tessa and Aleena Castiglione and Owen Piper. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles and his seven beloved Dogs.

His funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Friday at 10:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield at 11:30 a.m. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-8 p.m.
