Daniel Surette

Daniel J. Surette, 33, of Florida formerly of Burlington died on Sunday, October 31 in Florida.

Born in Melrose on February 12, 1977 he was the son of Edward W. Surette and the late Arlene "Carol" (Boodry) Surette.

Daniel was a graduate of Burlington High School, Class of 1995. He enjoyed reading and also enjoyed being with his family and caring for others.

In addition to his father, Daniel is survived by his brothers, Edward W. Surette and his wife Jan of Danvers, and Jeffrey W. Surette and his wife Christine of Wilmington, his grandmother, Ida Boodry of Wakefield and his grandfather, Edward W. Surette of Burlington, his stepmother, Elaine (Andruchow) Surette, his nieces and nephews, Adam, Emma, Owen, Mia, Elena, and Lily. He is also survived by his step sister, Lisa Aaronson and her husband Michael of FL, and Michael Andruchow of VA. . He was predeceased by his grandfather, William Boodry and grandmother, Maureen Surette.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield on Wednesday at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Lakeside Cemetery in Wakefield. There are no calling hours.
