David DiLuigi

David DiLuigi of Falmouth, MA passed away unexpectedly on October 13, 2023.

Born in Melrose MA on June 15, 1985, David is the beloved son of E. Hilary DiLuigi (Shea) of Lynn, MA and Paul M. DiLuigi of Yarmouth, MA. 

Dave's early years were shaped by his passion for all sports. After attending Saugus High School he went on to Herkimer College in NY, later graduating from Belmont Abbey in NC.  

David was an outstanding athlete, winning many awards and well loved by teammates for his positive, upbeat attitude. He had an uncanny ability to charm everyone he met with his winning smile and charismatic personality, especially when he was in a jam! Those qualities along with David's gentle kindness for people and pets will be sadly missed by his many friends and family.

David is further survived by his brother and sister-in-law Paul and Maria DiLuigi of Lowell, Joseph DiLuigi of Sandwich, and Peter DiLuigi of Peabody. He will also be sadly missed by many DiLuigi and Shea "Aunties," uncles and cousins. 

Visitation for relatives and friends will be held Friday, October 20, 2023 from 4-7pm at McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield. Burial will be private.
