David F. Egan, Jr.

David F. Egan, Jr. age 79, of Lynnfield died Friday, March 17 at the Rosewood Nursing Home in Peabody. 

Dave was born in Winchester on June 16, 1943 and was the son of the late David F. Egan and M. Verda (Fitzgerald) Burke. He is survived by his beloved wife, Betsy E. (Pannos) Egan; his brother, John Burke and wife Gail of Peabody; his sister, Kathy Burke of Colorado; his brother-in-law, Jim Pannos and his wife Mary of North Andover; his niece, Kristen Copell; and his nephews, Alexander and Will Pannos; as well as his beloved dog, Bella.

At the request of his family, funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dave’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
