Dena C. Pardo, 91, a Lynnfield resident since 1952, died on Monday, September 13 at the Union Hospital in Lynn.
Born in Boston on January 4, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Catherina (DiMartini) Callarino.
Mrs. Pardo was raised and educated in East Boston. She was the former Manager at the Summer St. School Cafeteria. Mrs. Pardo was also a member of St. Maria Goretti parish in Lynnfield.
Mrs. Pardo was the loving wife of the late Lawrence Pardo. She was the devoted mother of Larry Pardo and his wife Betsy of Boxford, and Marie S. (Pardo) Pavelich and Joseph R. Pardo both of Lynnfield. She was the sister of the late Aldo Callarino and Anna Whitston and grandmother of Lisa Connolly M.D. and husband Steven, and Brian & Katrina Pardo. She was also the cherished great grandmother of Caroline and Kevin Connolly.
A funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Maria Goretti Church, 112 Chestnut St., Lynnfield, Friday, September 17, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
