Donald Maloney

Donald E . Maloney , 76, of Littleton, CO and formerly of Wakefield died on Thursday, August 18. Born in Waltham, MA on November 21, 1934 he was the son of Julia (Hoard) Maloney of Ashland and the late Charles Maloney .

Mr. Maloney was raised in Brighton and had been a Wakefield resident for 45 years before making his home in Colorado. He was a retired Electrical Engineer for the Honeywell Corporation and was a life member of the Wakefield Lodge of Elks.

Mr. Maloney was the husband of the late Dorothy E . (Doucette) Maloney . He is survived by his three sons, Matthew J. Maloney of Gloucester, Murray L. Maloney & wife Janet of Littleton, CO and Mark A. Maloney of Lakewood, CO. He was the brother of Kenny Maloney , Phyllis Antonellis, Janice Bagnell and the late Charles Maloney . He was the grandfather of Andrew, Zachary, Derek, Kyle and Lucas Maloney .

His funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Tuesday at 9am followed by a funeral mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield at 10 o'clock. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home Monday 4-8pm.
