Donald Richard

Donald J . Richard , 64 of Beverly, formerly of Salem, Danvers, and Peabody, died Saturday April 26 at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington.

Born in Salem, MA November 29, 1949 he was the son of the late Gliford J . and Irene (Gagne) Richard .

Donald was a graduate of St. Mary's High School in Lynn. He was a vice president with Primerica Financial Services in Peabody where he worked for 33 years. Donald was an active member of St. Joseph Parish in Wakefield. Donald was an avid walker and assisted the town of Danvers as a Crossing Guard. He loved spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.

Donald was the beloved husband of Ann Margaret (Davis) Richard . He was the loving father of Donald J . Richard , Jr., and wife Amy of Manchester, NH, Timothy Fitzpatrick of Santa Rosa, CA, Terry Callahan of Westford, Steven Fitzpatrick of Woburn and Debra Bailey of Acton, and the brother of Paul Richard of Randolph, Stephen Richard of Newburyport, Michael Richard of NH, Jeanne Ventura of NC. He was also the loving grandfather of Benjamin, Steven, Catherine, and Taylor.

His funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Tuesday at 9am followed by a funeral mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield at 10 o'clock.
