Donna Lynch

Donna M. Lynch, 60, of Wakefield died Friday, November 25 at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

Born in Boston on August 10, 1951 she was the daughter of the late Claire (Flatley) Barry.

Raised in the Mission Hill District of Boston Donna was a graduate of Boston State College. She had been employed with Hallmark Healthcare and was active in fundraising and alumni activities for Austin Preparatory School of Reading.

Donna was the wife of Robert W. Lynch. She was the mother of Matthew W. Lynch and his wife Holly of Shrewsbury, Christopher R. Lynch and his wife Lisa of Peabody and Brian P. Lynch of Wakefield. She was the grandmother of Adeline Lynch.

Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Tuesday at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass in St. Florence Church, 47 Butler Ave., Wakefield at 10 o'clock. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 4 to 8pm. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
