Doris M. LeBlanc, 88, of Port Charlotte, FL and formerly Lynnfield and AZ died Friday at her home in Forida.

Born in Malden on May 2, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Mary (McCabe) Gearty.

Mrs. LeBlanc was a graduate of Malden High School and had worked for the Converse Rubber Company of Malden and later retired from the North East Manufacturing Company of Stoneham.

Mrs. LeBlanc was the wife of the late Emile J. LeBlanc. She was the mother of Jean M. Procurut and her husband Jon of Lynnfield and Richard LeBlanc and his companion Lillia Ferazzi of Port Charlotte, FL. Doris was the sister of Helen Green and her husband Art of Wakefield and the late Phyllis Brophy, Donald, Jack and Edward Gearty. Mrs. LeBlanc was the sister-in-law of Janet Gearty of Waltham. She was the grandmother of Tammy Ministeri and her husband Larry, Scott Procurot and his wife Suzanne, Shawn Procurot and his wife Kelly and Brad LeBlanc and his wife Jen. She was also the great grandmother of James, Aiden, Lindsey, Erin and Kyle.

Her funeral service will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4 - 8 p.m.

Interment, Forest Hill Cemetery, Lynnfield.
