Dorothy Conway

Dorothy A . "Dotty" Conway , 78 a lifelong Wakefield resident died Friday April 16, at the Epoch Senior Healthcare of Melrose. Born in Malden October 13, 1931 she was the daughter of the late Edward F. and Margaret A . (Crowley) Casey.

Dotty was a Graduate of Wakefield High School class of 1949 and Katharine Gibbs School class of 1950. She was a retired Secretary for Catholic Charities.

Dotty was the wife of the late Paul J. Conway and is survived by her four children: Jane Conway Schaab and husband Daniel of Wakefield, Timothy J. Conway and wife Mary of Canton, Edward M. Conway and wife Teresa of Stoneham, and Catherine A . More of Newfields, NH, her sister Marian Spang of Wakefield, and eight grandchildren; Timothy, Nicole, Philip, Walter, Nora, Charlie, Casey, and Jake. She was preceded in death by her two sisters, Rita and Catherine Casey.

The funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Tuesday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Church at 10 o'clock. Relatives and friends may call at the Funeral Home on Monday 4-8pm.

Interment, Calvary Cemetery in Woburn.
