Edward Casey

Edward F. Casey, 82, of Lynnfield died on Thursday, March 22 at his residence.

Born in Lynn on May 10, 1929 he was the son of the late Daniel and Mary (Delacey) Casey.

Edward was a graduate of Swampscott High School and Boston College. He had retired in 1987 as a System's Analyst for the United States Air Force at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford. Mr. Casey had served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was also a member of the Wakefield Elks.

Mr. Casey was the husband of the late Sandra (Flynn) Casey. He is survived by his three sons; Michael Casey of Lynnfield, Brian Casey of Boulder, CO, and Glenn Casey of Newburyport. Mr. Casey is also survived by 5 grandchildren.

Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield on Friday from 4-8pm.
