Edward I. Jackson, 53, of Derry, NH, formerly of Stoneham, died on Sunday February 21 at the Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH.
Born in Somerville on January 25, 1957 he was the son of Jean Jackson of Stoneham and the late William Jackson.
Mr. Jackson was a graduate of Stoneham High School, and Bunker Hill Community College. He served in the U.S. Navy for three years and had worked as an Engineer for United Rentals in Hudson, NH.
Mr. Jackson had been a Derry, NH resident for 24 years. He was a member of the N.R.A. and New Hampshire Fish & Game.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife Jutima (Plaichum) Jackson, two daughters, Leah Jackson of Manchester, NH, and Alicia Jackson of Derry, NH; his three brothers, Robert, William and Donald Jackson all of Stoneham and two sisters, Cindy Back of Pepperell and Cathy Sweeney of Stoneham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral service will be held in the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main St., Stoneham on Friday at 11a.m. Relatives and friends may call at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m.
