Edward McNeill

Edward R. "Buddy" McNeill, 49, of Somerville died on Wednesday, April 28 at the Kaplan House in Danvers.

Born in Somerville on October 30, 1960 he was the son of Claire (Fitzgerald) McNeill of Reading and the late William C. "Red" McNeill Jr.

Mr. McNeill was raised in Somerville and was a former bus driver for the M.B.T.A.

He was the brother of Robert J. McNeill and his wife Nancy of Lynnfield and the late William C. McNeill III. He was the uncle of Ryan and Garrett McNeill of Lynnfield, William C. IV of Las Vegas and David McNeill of Somerville. He was the great uncle of William C. McNeill V and the brother in-law of Ruth McNeill of Somerville.

Relatives and friends may call at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave. Wakefield, on Monday starting at 4 p.m. with a service beginning at 7 p.m.
