, 89, of Peabody died on Sunday, September 14 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.
Born in Cambridge on October 26, 1924 she was the daughter of the late Mary G. Bulger.
Mrs.
Foster
was raised and educated in North Cambridge. She was a member of St. Adelaide's Church in Peabody. Mrs.
Foster
was a retired operator for the old New England Telephone Company. She enjoyed winters in Vero Beach, Florida and spending time with her family and friends.

is survived by her husband Noel

, her three daughters; Susan

of Wakefield, Gail Cullen and her husband John of Stoneham and Paula
Foster
of Peabody, her three grandchildren; Kristen, Lauren and Matthew and special family and friends; Barbara Cardoos, Elissa Allshouse, Edna Mullen, Eileen Rae and the Conlon, Keefe, Marquis, McEachern, Cullen and Mercer Families.
Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Thursday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Adelaide Church 708 Lowell St., Peabody at 10am. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4-8pm. Interment will be at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kaplan Family Hospice House, 78 Liberty St., Danvers, MA 01923.
