Ernest Kusch

Ernest E. Kusch, 86, a long time resident of Wakefield, died on Sunday, April 12 at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

Born in Saugus on December 11, 1922 he was the son of the late Dale and Estella (Myers) Kusch.

Mr. Kusch was a graduate of Saugus High School, Class of 1940 and was a World War II Navy veteran. He was a retired machinist for General Electric in Lynn and Everett.

Mr. Kusch had been a Wakefield resident for over 50 years and was a member of St. Maria Goretti Church in Lynnfield.

Mr. Kusch was the husband of Sabina (Lasala) Kusch. He was the brother of Lloyd Kusch of WI, Carl Kusch of Foxborough, James Kusch of Peabody, Lila Boivin of Saugus and the late Charles Kusch, Alta Spousta, Hazel Reilly and Stella Martinson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

His funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Friday at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Maria Goretti Church, 112 Chestnut St., Lynnfield at 10 o'clock. Relatives and friends may call at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
