Florence M. MacKenna, 91, a life long resident of Wakefield died on Wednesday, May 16 at the Sutton Hill Center in North Andover.
Born in Worcester on October 17, 1920 she was the daughter of the late Burr and Mildreth (Luscomb) Mosher.
Mrs. MacKenna was a graduate of Wakefield High School, Class of 1938 and the Chandler School of Business in Boston. She was a former Secretary for the Building Department at Wakefield Town Hall.
Mrs. MacKenna was the wife of the late Robert B. MacKenna, Jr. She was the mother of Nancy MacKenna-Rice and her husband Brian of Wakefield and Robert MacKenna, III and his wife Margaret of Wells, ME. She was the sister of Burr J. Mosher of North Reading and the late Jean Stemm, Robert Mosher and Edna Sheaff. She is also survived by her two grandsons, Robert B. MacKenna, IV and Richard P. MacKenna.
Funeral services were private.
