Florence C. Timmins, 91, of Wakefield, died on Sunday June 24 at the Aberjona Nursing Center in Winchester.
Born in Garland, ME on February 24, 1921 she was the daughter of the late Edward L. and Florence (Merrill) Clifford.
Mrs. Timmins was a longtime resident of Wakefield. She was a Guidance Counselor at Wakefield High School for many years and retired in 1980. Mrs. Timmins was a member of the First Parish Congregational Church in Wakefield.
Mrs. Timmins was the wife of the late James Timmins. She was the sister of the late Lincoln Clifford and Mildred Crawford. She is also survived by her two nephews, John Clifford and William Crawford.
A memorial service will be held at the First Parish Congregational Church, 1 Church St., Wakefield on Friday July 6 at 1 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
