Floyd Frost

Floyd D. Frost Jr., 77, of Wakefield died on Tuesday, October 1 at the Emerson Hospital in Concord.

Mr. Frost was born in Nyack, New York on January 22, 1936, he was son the late Floyd D. and Henrietta (Brockenbraugh) Frost.

Mr. Frost was raised and educated in New York and was a graduate of Bowdoin College. He had worked and retired from the data processing and printing industry. Mr. Frost enjoyed classical music, biking, cross-country skiing and cooking and was an avid sports fan. He was a long time member of the Stow Minutemen.

Mr. Frost was the beloved husband of Sheila (Ferreira) Frost. He was the loving father of Andrew M. Frost and his wife Lynn of NC, the late Floyd D. Frost III and his wife Nancy G. Frost and Ashley E. Frost of NC and her partner Tioga Honigmann. He was the brother of John Frost and his wife Anne, Archie Frost and wife Pam all of VA and Penny McLeran and husband John of CT. He was the loving grandfather of Grant, Auriella and Olivia Frost, Mika D. and Eliza Honigmann.

A Funeral Service will be held in McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield on Monday at 12pm. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home prior to the service starting at 11am. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
