Frances Henderson

Cleo Henderson, 91, of Wakefield, formerly of Everett died on Friday, December 19 at her home.

Born in Birmingham, Alabama on August 16, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Clay C. and Glennie P. (Dobbins) Nelson.

Mrs. Henderson was raised in Alabama and later moved to Everett. She was a graduate of Everett High School, Class of 1935. Mrs. Henderson has been a Wakefield resident for 20 years and attended the First Baptist Church.

She was the wife of the late John F. Henderson Jr. She was the mother of Anne Picone of Wakefield and her late husband James N. and John C. Henderson and his wife Louise of Pepperell. She was the sister of Clay C. Nelson of Concord, NH, Gary L. Nelson of Houston, TX and the late Mary Glenn Woods. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandsons.

A Memorial service will be held in the First Baptist Church, 8 Lafayette St., Wakefield on Saturday January 3, at 11 AM.
