Frances Johnson

Frances A. Johnson, 91, of Lynnfield, died on Monday, September 1 at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston.

Born in Hartford, CT on August 9, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Morgan and Anna (Kinner) Meehan.

Mrs. Johnson was a graduate of Lynn English High School. She had been a Lynnfield resident since 1953 and was a member of the Couples Club and the Garden Club.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by her husband Stanley R. Johnson, three sons, Randolph F. Johnson and his wife Carol Ann of Boxford, Richard P. Johnson of Wellesley and Ross S. Johnson and his wife Sharon of W. Peabody and her daughter-in-law, Carol Allison of Falmouth. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Christopher P., Adam M, Mary F and Benjamin C. Johnson. Mrs. Johnson was predeceased by her son Ronald C. Johnson and brother Morgan Meehan, Jr.

A graveside service will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery, Forest Hill Ave., in Lynnfield on Saturday September 13, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Arrangements are in the care of the McDonald Funeral Home, Wakefield.
