Frances Kehoe

Lynnfield - Frances Mildred (McGaughey) Kehoe , beloved wife of the late Philip Gordon Kehoe , passed away as she lived her life with humble dignity on Friday March 21, 2014 with the loving support of her five daughters.

Mrs. Kehoe was born on February 18, 1930, in Lynn; she was the daughter of the late Jerome and Elizabeth (Toole) McGaughey. She attended Classical High School in Lynn, Massachusetts. She worked for the City of Lynn before her retirement.

She was a communicant of Our Lady of the Assumption church for nearly 50 years. She enjoyed being a member of the ladies Sodality. She volunteered her time with fundraising for the church. She also volunteered her services at My Brother's Table.

She enjoyed playing cards, going to bingo, going to Foxwoods and playing board games. She was a fierce competitor and always enjoyed each game.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her, including her beloved children Eileen Palumbo and her husband Lawrence of Gill, Diane Therriault and her husband John of Nashua, N.H., Carol Bodge and the late Christopher Bodge of Sanford, Maine, Janet McKechnie and her husband Philip of Peabody, and Mary Blaus and her husband Varis of Danvers, and nine grandchildren.

A private funeral Mass was held at Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Lynnfield where she was a devoted communicant and parishioner for nearly 50 years. Her burial followed at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Lynn.
