Frances B. Russotto, 83 of Lynnfield died on Tuesday, April 26 at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington.
Born and raised in Dorchester, she was the daughter of the late John and Lucy Petrouskas. Frances was a graduate of Dorchester High School for Girls. Frances had a 43 year career as an Administrator with the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety. After retiring she worked at the office of her nephew John W. Kozlauska, DMD in Lynnfield.
Frances was the sister of Dolores Kozlauska and her husband Bill of Lynnfield. She was the beloved aunt of John W. Kozlauska DMD and his wife Heidi of Lynnfield and Carol Hand and her husband Michael of Bedford. She is also survived by her 2 cherished grandnieces; Lucy and Victoria Hand of Bedford.
Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Friday at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, corner of Grove and Salem St., Lynnfield at 10 o'clock. A visitation period will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Hudson, NH.
Frances' family would like to express their appreciation to the anonymous motorist who called 911 after seeing her collapsed on the front stairs of her home.
