Francis G. Falzarano of Lynnfield died on Friday, March 7 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.
Born in Northfield, Vermont, he was the son of the late George and Donalda (Messier) Falzarano.
Mr. Falzarano was a graduate of Saugus High School, Class of 1952. He was the owner of North Hill Construction and Falzarano Construction. Mr. Falzarano numerous historically significant projects in and around Boston included the renovation and restoration of the Faneuil Hall Market Buildings, the Parkman House, and the Coast Guard Station as well as work at the State House and the Boston Public Library. Other projects included many municipal buildings including schools, libraries, fire stations and post offices.
He is survived by his wife Virginia "Jinnie" K. (Cambareri) Falzarano, his daughter Lori A. Falzarano of Lynn, his two sons; Steven F. Falzarano and Robert A. Falzarano both of Lynnfield, his two sisters; Penny Stevens of Atkinson, NH and Jackie Falzarano of Sunapee, NH and his brother Thomas Falzarano of Saugus.
A funeral service will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Wednesday at 11am. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4-8pm. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Lynnfield.
