Francis Streeter

Francis V . Streeter , 90, of Wakefield died Sunday, February 5 at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington.

He was born in Melrose on July 30, 1926 and was the son of the late Francis V . Streeter , Jr. and Effiejean (Berry) Streeter . Mr. Streeter was a Veteran of both World War II and Korea. He had been a longtime employee of the United States Postal Service, serving in both the Greenwood and Main Street locations prior to his retirement in 1988.

He was the husband of Lena L. Streeter and the father of James F. Streeter of Wyckoff, NJ and Stephen M. Streeter of Wakefield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
