Frank Guarino

Frank Guarino, Jr. a Lynnfield resident for 55 years, died on Friday, October 26 at the North Shore Medical Center -Union Hospital in Lynn.

Born in Everett on January 27, 1929 he was the son of the late Frank and Adeline (Massa) Guarino.

Frank was a graduate of Everett High School, Class of 1947 and Boston University. He also received his Masters in Education from Boston University. Frank was a former teacher and Elementary School Principal in Wayland and Milton and a longtime member of the Thomson Country Club in North Reading.

He was the husband of Anne C. (Loguidice). He was the father of Carol Anne Chiuve and her husband Frederick of Lynnfield and Frank Guarino, III and his wife Carolyn of Marshfield. He was the brother of Adeline Caprio and her husband Ralph of Tewksbury and the late Joseph Guarino. He was the grandfather of Janelle, Eric, Josie and Frankie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

His funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield on Wednesday at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield at 10 o'clock. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Lynnfield.
