Frank Papalegis

Frank Edward Papalegis , age 81, a longtime Wakefield resident, died Sunday, December 29 at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

Born in Malden on May 31, 1938 he was the son of the late Frank and Stasia (Konsavage) Papalegis .

Mr. Papalegis was raised in Everett and was a graduate of Chauncy Hall Preparatory School and late of Tufts University. He had a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and had worked as a mechanical engineer for Polaroid for many years. He had been a Wakefield resident for 50 years and raised his family in town.

He was the loving father of Lori Dupuis of Wakefield and Pamela Noonan of Colorado Springs, CO. He was the former husband of Barbara Ann Sullivan.

A Graveside Service will be held at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, 185 Lake St., Peabody on Friday at 12:30pm. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
