Frank F. Simonetti

Frank F. Simonetti, age 90, of Wakefield died Tuesday, October 24 at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington. 

Born in Boston on July 31, 1933 he was the son of the late Francis and Ida Simonetti. 

Frank was raised in Brighton and was a graduate of St. Columbkille High School and Boston College. He was a retired manager from NYNEX. He was an avid golfer, fisherman, and woodworker. Above all, Frank loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

He was the beloved husband of the late June (Winston) Simonetti. He was the loving father of Dianne Muolo and husband Michael of Stoneham, Frank Simonetti, Jr. and wife Maria of Northboro, John Simonetti and wife Renee of Lynnfield, Lynne Powers and husband Michael of Wakefield and Lisa Carroll of Newbury. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and his great grandchildren. 

His Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham on Friday, October 27 at 10am. Visitation for relatives and friends at the McDonald-Finnegan Funeral Home, 322 Main St., Stoneham on Thursday, October 26 from 4-7pm. Interment, Lindenwood Cemetery, Stoneham.
