Franklin T. Livermore, 77, of Wakefield formerly of Lynnfield died Monday, April 4th at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.
Born in Lynn on December 29, 1933 he was the son of Berghild (Berg) Livermore of CA and the late Franklin T. Livermore.
Mr. Livermore was a graduate of Wakefield High School, Class of 1951 and had attended Essex Aggie Agricultural School in Danvers. He was a former Lynnfield Police Officer and had retired from General Electric in Lynn as a Crane Operator. Mr. Livermore served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He was a member of the Wakefield Elks Lodge 1276 and the Wakefield Masonic Golden Rule Lodge, A.F & A.M.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Livermore is survived by his three children; Scott Livermore of Windham, NH, Lori Brunell and her husband Joe of Peabody and Beth Jenkins and her husband Bert of Derry, NH, his two sisters; Shirley Hawes of CA and Cynthia Jones of AZ, his four grandchildren; Leah, Wayne, Alexandria and Camden and his great grandson Christian. He was predeceased by his brother Ernest Livermore.
A funeral service will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield on Friday at 11am. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 4-8pm.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Kaplan Family Hospice House, 78 Liberty St, Danvers, MA 01923.
