Frederick Kelly

Frederick A. Kelly, 70, of Wakefield died on Monday, November 30 at Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington.

Born in Boston on March 29, 1939 he was the son of the late Charles and Agnes (Daly) Kelly.

Mr. Kelly was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School in Newton and the New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences. He was a retired manager for Namco Lumber in Winchester and a former Funeral Director in the Newton Area.

Mr. Kelly had been a Wakefield resident since 1979 and was a member of St. Joseph parish in Wakefield.

Mr. Kelly was the husband of Donna M. (Shatraw) Kelly. He was the father of James C. Kelly and his wife Laurie of Westford, Annette M. Kent and her husband Timothy of Tewksbury and the late Michael A. Kelly. He was the brother of Nancy Griffin of Waltham. He is also survived by his grandson Timothy Jr.

His funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Friday at 9 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield at 10 o'clock. Relatives and friends may call at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 4 to 8 p m. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
