Gail Costello

Gail P. Costello, 69, a lifelong Wakefield resident died on Tuesday, September 2 at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.

Born in Lynn on May 11, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Fannie (Zagarella) Cronin.

Mrs. Costello was a graduate of Wakefield High School, Class of 1964. She had worked as an Employment Agent and also at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital in the Medical Records Department.

Mrs. Costello is survived by her husband John H. Costello, her son Paul A. Costello and his wife Kelly of Tewksbury, her daughter Kathleen M. Costello of Wakefield, her two grandsons; Ethan and Julian Costello, her brother Edward Cronin of Wilmington and her two nieces Britt and Joy.

Her Funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Saturday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield at 10am. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held from the Funeral Home on Friday from 4-8pm. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
