Geraldine Curley

Geraldine M . "Geri" Curley , 66, of Wakefield, died Saturday, August 30 at the Sawtelle Family Hospice House in Reading.

Born in Stoneham on January 17, 1942 she was the daughter of the late Urban and Grace (LeBlanc) McNally.

Ms. Curley was raised in Wakefield and was educated in the Wakefield public school system. She received her Associated Degree in Liberal Arts from Bunker Hill Community College, her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Tufts University and her Masters Degree in Education from Cambridge College. Ms. Curley had worked for 27 years at Bunker Hill Community College and had retired as a Learning Specialist. She was on the Board of Director and Executive Committee for M .C.C.C. and Finance Committee for M .C.C.C. / N.E.M.A.T.Y.C.

Ms. Curley was the mother of M . Faith Daniels of Haverhill, Thomas E. Curley and Melanie Curley both of Lynn and Christopher P. Curley of Atlanta, Georgia, sister of William McNally of CT, Leonard McNally of NY, Paul McNally of RI and Susan Quille of WY. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren; Micheal, Wayne, Elizabeth, Bradford and Ivory and 5 great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave, Wakefield on Tuesday at 7 P.M. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday prior to service 4-7 P.M.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St, Framingham, MA 01701.
